- Any cancellations made on the day of service including no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total price.

- In the unlikely event that the boat is out of service on the cruising date, including boat malfunctions, the client agrees that Supatra boat under its sole consideration can find an alternate boat option as the most suitable replacement to the client's purpose. However, the client understands that the alternate boat may be substantially similar to or different from the reserved boat. In the event that there is no suitable alternate boat available for the scheduled cruising, the client will be refunded within 14 working days.
